So, I can get my neurons to create synapses, but only if I take the whole browser tab that the game is in, and group and ungroup its tab from my open browser window. Like, click and hold with the mouse, and move the window/tab up and down so it pops in and out of the tab bar at the top. I've had it gain 1-2 synapse every time I do it. Def a bug.
Aaa, I'm so happy people are playing my game, even if the gameplay is not quite there yet:D Thanks for playing and commenting! So, every generator above Synapse generates the generator before it, so Neurons make more Sypanses and so on. Its just slow at the start, might be too slow - Im using debug tools while developing to run the game at 5x, 20x, and 100x speed.
Changing tabs increments the Synapse at least once you have neurons I think. Sitting in the game tab it does not ever increment lmao.
EDIT: Same thing happens for Neuron's when you have 10 Neural Clusters. Game logic is likely not working as intended? Lack of descriptions make me think this is the point
EDIT 2: I now realize that it is likely a bug/exploit. Once the tier above base is high enough it starts generating in visible time.

To get upgrades on the right you need Wisdom, which you start gaining after a certain point, its at the bottom center under Enlightment (prestige) button. When you see that number rising, you can click Enlightment and cash in the Wisdom you gained. If you have 50% of Wisodm for an upgrade it will be revealed.
Each new generator after Synapse (Neuron, Hemisphere, etc.) generates the genenerator before it, so Neuron generates Synapse. Might need to add more explainer text.

Same problem as the others, generators only give 1 extra thought/second.

all of the upgrades on the left just give me 1 more Though per second, and nothing is unlocking on the right side, am i missing something?
Edit: Bought Cortex region and nothing new happened, although i did notice that I'm slowly gaining more Synapses
